While perusing through the latest Martha Stewart Living I came across this recipe. What better way to welcome in warmer weather, than pulling out the zucchini frozen from last summers crop to make a batch of these cookies. None in your freezer, you're in luck because this veg is always in season and an inexpensive buy year round at your local grocer. Martha has hit a home run with this one.
